Frequently Asked Questions:

Conference Registration & Abstract Submission

Please use the form below to register for the conference and/or submit your abstract.

Please note that the presenting author must be registered for the conference for the abstract to be considered.

We welcome submissions featuring ongoing, preliminary, or completed health research. Your research does not need to have complete results to be submitted. However, if the number of submissions exceeds available presentation capacity, preference may be given to research that includes data or findings, including preliminary data.

When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to indicate your preferred presentation format. While we will make every effort to accommodate your preference, presentation format is subject to abstract review and available space.

If you request consideration for an oral presentation (Concurrent or Rapid-Fire) and are not selected, your abstract may be considered for a poster presentation.
