Please use the form below to register and/or submit your abstract. Also, note that abstracts submitted with a presenting author that is not registered for the conference will not be considered.

If you requested an oral presentation and are not selected, you will automatically be entered into the poster session.

• All submissions must be original work.
• All abstracts, if accepted, must be presented in English.
• General Structure in paragraph format:
  • Background
  • Hypotheses/Objectives
  • Proposed Methods
  • Future Applications/Directions or for a completed study, Results/ Implications
  • Word limit: 250 words
  • Tables, graphics, diagrams, or images cannot be accepted
• Amendments: changes to the abstract are possible until September 23rd
  • Must email: wesparkhealthconference@uwindsor.ca, Subject heading: “Abstract Amendment: title of abstract”
  • Must be sent from the email used for the registration.
